Coach booking

Important points to note:

  • To make a reservation, you must be registered as a passenger and logged in. To register as a passenger for free, see below. Note that this is NOT the same as joining the Supporters’ Club (£5 per season).
  • You can only book within the designated window for your “passenger status” given in the trip information below. This is to ensure that regular passengers have priority.
  • You may book for other people if they are of similar passenger status – usually that they normally travel with you on our coaches. Please give the name of anyone for whom you are booking.
  • Reservations may be declined if made for someone outside of their passenger status window.

We do not expect to stop on this short journey to London.

There will be a toilet on board the coach, but no refreshments.  Please bring whatever you need with you.

We would hope to be back in Hove at around 7.15 pm. Please be sure to have a means of travel home from wherever you are dropped off.

Accessibility

Coaches drop off in Imperial Road, SW6 2AG.  This leaves a walk of around 0.6 miles to the away turnstiles at Stamford Bridge.  The way is level but a little intricate, so directions will be supplied to all passengers.  If anyone is unsure we will have a group walk.

Normal practice is for coaches to pick up in Fulham Road, the main road outside the ground, after the match.  However, this cannot be guaranteed, and passengers may be required to make their way back to Imperial Road.

Booking

You must be a registered passenger to book - see above.

Priority booking is given to regular and recent passengers on the following dates:

  • Level 5 - Wednesday 08 July
  • Level 4 - Thursday 16 July
  • Level 3 - Saturday 18 July
  • Level 2 - Monday 20 July
  • Level 1 - Tuesday 21 July

Fares are due a few days in advance of travel by bank transfer - you will receive an email inviting you to pay.  (We can take cash on the day if necessary).

There are currently 8 spaces remaining to be booked.

If the coach is full, the number of seats remaining above will reduce to zero. You can then email bhasc.coaches@gmail.com for any late availability.

We expect to stop for around 45 minutes on the way to Coventry, probably around 10.30 am.  On the journey home, we expect to stop for 30 minutes at around 5.30 pm.
