- Who can travel:
- Supporters who believe in good behaviour are welcome. You don’t have to be a member of the Supporters’ Club.
- Recent, regular passengers have priority booking.
- No unaccompanied children under 16. Those aged 16 or 17 must have written parental permission.
- Passengers making bookings must be registered.
- Regular pick-ups (click for maps):
- Fares:
- No deposit required. Cancellation without penalty. Non-members £1 surcharge.
- Payment online in advance; or on the day by contactless card/phone, cash or cheque.
- U18s/students receive 25% discount. One-way fares sometimes available by special request.
- On board:
- Allocated seats to sit friends, family, etc, together.
- Coaches have an onboard toilet.
- No refreshments or rubbish bags provided – bring your own.
- Stops at service areas (but not London, Southampton or Bournemouth).
- No alcohol allowed by law.
- Health and safety:
- All passengers to self-assess their health on day of departure.
- Passengers must not travel if infectious. Anyone with a high temperature or obviously unwell will be turned away.
- Passengers to maintain ventilation and practise good hygiene on board.
- Masks compulsory when infection rates are high: 6% (1 in 16).
- Seatbelts to be worn – a legal requirement.
