Linda Schofield

Linda has supported the Albion for the past 55 seasons, since the age of 19. Taken to the Goldstone in 1967, she immediately changed from a Magpie – Linda is from a Geordie background – to become a Seagull!

A season ticket holder who enjoys going to matches both home and away, she joined the committee a few years ago, having
been a member of the Supporters’ Club for several years.

Linda has been married to John for eleven years, having been together for the previous eleven years. She has two stepsons and four grandchildren to keep her busy.

Having seen many fantastic Albion games and results, Linda rates the 1983 FA Cup final and reaching the Premier League in 2017 as the best moments. She has also seen many great players turning out for the Albion over the years, but her favourite has to be Lewis Dunk – a truly wonderful player and Brighton through and through!
